In this workshop participants are given practical tools for effective business writing and email etiquette. Participants will discover the key to managing their writing time more efficiently and learn how to write letters/documents, recommendations, persuasive text, short reports, memos and emails. They will be shown simple techniques for converting wordy sentences into clear and concise language and shown practical ways to proofread their work.
