Assertive communication involves confidently sharing your thoughts while maintaining respect for other people’s opinions. Developing this skill allows you to express yourself openly and honestly without being aggressive. During this course, participants will learn how to communicate confidently and express their needs and opinions clearly, set boundaries, and handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner.

We have activities and small group work throughout the session so participants are actively engaged which makes the learning transfer easier.
