In this course, participants will explore the causes of anger, different behaviour types, and develop practical coping tools to manage emotions effectively. You’ll also enhance your communication and assertiveness skills, applying strategies in real life scenarios.

We have activities and small group work throughout the session so participants are actively engaged which makes the learning transfer easier.
