We stand behind our facilitators and course content to ensure that you get maximum results from your training investment which will favourably impact on your bottom line. We also guarantee that your training will be facilitated by qualified trainers in a professional manner. If we fail to meet these expectations please contact us in writing (either vias email or mail) within 30 days describing what solution, or parts of the solution were not met. Once we are able to discuss the issue with you we can either provide you with alternate solution. Failure to make a claim within one month of the project implies that you were fully satisfied with the project.

Service Requests
We endeavour to answer all requests and enquiries within 48 hours. Service requests will be denied if it puts our employees in danger or in any illegal activity.
