How It Works Learning Credits are an excellent way to take care of your training budget for the year and save money for your company at the same time. Pre-purchasing training gives you access to Learning Credits which enables you to plan ahead for your training needs. The credits can be used for any of our in house or public programs within 12 months of purchase and can save over 20% on the normal course price.

Learning Credits will simplify your administration time and cost. You will receive access to your online organisation staff portal where you can view the number of credits used, the value of training purchased, which courses they were used for and which employee attended the course.

Pricing and Purchasing Credits

Learning Credits may be purchased in discounted blocks at any time. The more Learning Credits purchased at one time the greater the saving. Your Learning Credits may be used with any of our public workshops or in-house courses.

Managing Your Learning Credits

Monthly Report

You will receive a report at the start of each calendar month that details activity for the previous month and includes:

  • The balance of Learning Credits you have available and when they expire
  • Recently purchased Learning Credit purchases in that month
  • Public workshops attended by your staff and credits used
  • In-house workshops run and credits used

Expiring Credits

If you purchase multiple batches of credits over time then older credits are used up first. You will receive a reminder email and follow up call three month prior to the expiry of any Learning Credits.

Terms and Conditions

  • Can be used for any in-house or public course.
  • Courses can be tailored to suit your needs but an additional fee will apply.
  • Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from the purchase date and must be used within this period.
  • Must be pre-paid in full before use and are non- refundable.
  • Cancellation fees will apply for bookings cancelled without 7 days notice for public courses. Another participant however may be sent in their place with no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation fees will apply for bookings cancelled without 10 days notice for in-house courses. Another participant however may be sent in their place with no cancellation fee.
  • Credits cannot be combined with any other offer.
