During this workshop you will discover a simple and practical framework for managing difficult conversations. You will learn how to prepare and plan for a difficult conversation, communicate effectively, understand what to say and what not to say, manage emotions such as anger and frustration, and confidently guide the conversation in a positive way.

We have activities and small group work throughout the session so participants are actively engaged which makes the learning transfer easier.
