Course Overview
This workshop will help you communicate more effectively at work, both face to face and online. You’ll develop essential skills such as active listening, effective questioning, using tone appropriately, interpreting non verbal cues, while also building the assertiveness and confidence needed to handle difficult people.

We have activities and small group work throughout the session so participants are actively engaged which makes the learning transfer easier. Participants also receive individual attention from our expert facilitator who will gauge the pre-knowledge of the group, so they are able to target the content to their needs.
